How we work
Every visit starts with a diagnosis. The technician tests the appliance, explains which part failed and why, and gives you the price before any work starts. If the repair isn’t worth it on an older machine, you’ll hear that too.
We use OEM parts or quality equivalents, fit common parts on the first visit where we can, and leave the appliance running a full cycle before closing the job.
What we are not
We are not a manufacturer’s service center and not affiliated with any brand. For appliances still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer first: an independent repair can affect warranty coverage.
